Simple, start to finish.

We've designed every step to be as straightforward as possible for busy schedules.

1

Getting Started

Download and fill in our inventory template

To give you an accurate quote, we need ISBN, title, and quantities for each title. We've made it as easy as possible - download our template, fill it in, and you're ready to submit.

The template has four required fields: ISBN, Title, Quantity Used, and Quantity New.

NOTE: You're welcome to use your own spreadsheet as long as it includes this information. If you'd prefer a ready-made starting point, download ours below.

2

Submit

Send us your completed file

Fill out our short contact form and attach your completed inventory file. Include any notes about condition, storage location, or timing that might be helpful.

Not sure about a condition? Guess conservatively - we'll assess everything and adjust if needed.

3

Your Quote

We send you a no-obligation offer

We review your inventory and come back with a clear, itemized offer. No hidden fees, no pressure. If the number doesn't work for you, you can walk away - no questions asked.

Every offer includes a title-by-title breakdown so you know exactly what you're being paid for.

4

Payment

You get paid

After you accept the quote, we then send payment directly to your school or district. Check or card payment - whichever works best for your accounts payable process.

Need documentation for your district's finance office? We provide a full itemized receipt with every payment - ready for your records.

5

Pickup

We come to you

Once you accept the offer, we coordinate pickup at a time that works for your school. Depending on the volume and location, freight pickup may be arranged.

We work around your school schedule - before school, after hours, or during a break period. Just tell us what works.

Common Questions

What condition do the books need to be in?

Newer editions in good shape will fetch a higher offer, but we'll assess everything and tell you honestly what each books is worth. NOTE: Pages and cover must be intact. Water damaged books are not accepted.

What if only some of my books are sellable?

That's completely normal. We'll make an offer on the sellable titles.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No minimum. Whether you have 50 books or 5,000, we will take a look and give you an honest assessment.

How do we handle payment paperwork for the school/district?

We provide a full itemized receipt with every transaction, along with any additional documentation your finance office needs. Just let us know what's required.
